Privacy Policy — Gifling

Your media stays on your device

Everything Gifling does with your photos, Live Photos, videos, and GIFs happens entirely on your iPhone. Your media is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere outside your device. Gifling has no servers for your content, and there is no account to create.

What is collected

Gifling uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to process in-app purchases. When you make (or restore) a purchase, the following is transmitted to RevenueCat and associated with a random, anonymous identifier:

• Purchase history (which product was bought and when)
• An anonymous app user ID (a random string, generated per install)
• The device's vendor identifier (IDFV)

None of this is linked to your identity — Gifling never collects your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location. This data is used solely to deliver the features you purchased (App Functionality) and is never used for advertising or tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. Payments themselves are processed by Apple.

What is not collected

No analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no tracking across apps or websites, no cookies, no profiles. Gifling does not request your location, contacts, microphone, or camera. Photo access uses Apple's system picker, which shares only the specific items you choose.

Data retention and deletion

Widgets and converted clips live only on your device — deleting them in the app (or deleting the app) removes them. Anonymous purchase records are retained by RevenueCat as required to keep your purchases restorable. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.

Children

Gifling is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
