How do I add my widget to the Home Screen?
After creating a GIF in the app, long-press an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for “Gifling”, and add it. Long-press the widget → Edit Widget to choose which clip plays.
My widget looks stuck or isn't showing the latest clip
Open Gifling → Settings (gear icon) → “Refresh My Widgets”. This asks iOS to redraw all your Gifling widgets.
How do transparent widgets work?
Take a screenshot of an empty page of your Home Screen, then open Gifling → Transparent Widget and import it. Gifling prepares matching backgrounds for every widget position — pick one in the widget's Edit screen. If alignment looks off, use “Fix Alignment Automatically”.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Gifling → Settings → “Restore Purchases” while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Gifling → Settings → “Manage Subscription”, or go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the current period ends.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select your Gifling purchase.
